Previously operating as a brokerage, development, and syndicated real estate firm for over 30 years, CCR principals quickly recognized the need to provide new, high-impact advisory services that eliminate conflict of interest and produce greater client benefits, beyond operational efficiency and cost savings.
The CCR team possesses over 50 years of hands-on experience in construction, financing, government entitlement, development, property rehabilitation and direct negotiations in over 1,000 transactions. G. Pat Ryan, SIOR, CRA, Managing Broker / Owner
With over 40 years of real estate experience, Mr. Ryan has represented industrial, office, and retail lessees and owners. He has served as Vice President and General Manager of the Baird & Warner Inc. Industrial Division and as Senior Vice President at Paine Wetzel Associates Inc. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Mr. Ryan obtained extensive corporate sales and management experience with the Midwest construction divisions of Owens Corning Fiberglass, and W.R. Grace, Inc. He has purchased, developed, rehabilitated, managed and provided brokerage services in over a thousand industrial and commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Ryan has extensive Board and Committee experiences for organizations such as: The Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS™ (SIOR), Chicago Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), Industrial Development Research Council (IDRC), and served on the National Board of Directors and as two term Chicago Chapter President of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). He is a member of the National Association of Review Appraisers and Mortgage Underwriters (NARAMU) as a Certified Review Appraiser and holds a 30 year SIOR designation. He received his Bachelor of Art and Master of Business Administration degrees from Western States University.
Romeo E. Muro, Partner
Romeo Mura has practiced development and commercial real estate brokerage for over 40 years. He has his master’s degree in Civil Engineering, from the University of Illinois, with experience in both construction management and project development of Residential, Industrial, Office and Retail land and/or facilities projects. He has successfully sold over 2,670 acres of Land and Leased or sold over $500 million of industrial/commercial real estate; representing major corporations including: Beatrice Foods, Federal Express, Libbey Owens Ford and United Development.
Past brokerage or management company affiliations include: Bennet & Kahnweiler, Mesirow Stein, Mohr Partners, Koll/Rubloff, and Stonegate Properties. Mr. Mura in addition to client representation of industrial/commercial property sale and lease action has specialized in Day Care location, disposition and consolidation and has successfully recently completed over 16 deals in this real estate brokerage specialty.
Gary G. Sloan, Real Estate Broker
Mr. Sloan is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker with 20 years of experience in sales, sales management, financial analysis, negotiation collaboration and project implementation services. In addition to his experience as a CCR commercial real estate broker, his past experience includes positions such as Division National Sales Manager for GE Capital CDF, and Business Specialist for Transamerica Commercial Finance Corporation. His strong work ethic and exceptional track record enable him to effectively manage complex transactions, efficiently, and within challenging time constraints. He is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a degree in Business Administration.
